Terms of Service
1. I retain all commercial rights to any works I produce. If you would like commercial rights, you need to discuss this with me in advance. (There will be a hefty fee in conjunction with any agreement.)2. Any works I produce may be sold at conventions such as: Prints, charms, posters, and more. We must agree if you do not want me to do this.3. All of my works are of fictional nature, any and all likeness to real people is a coincidence and non-intentional.4. You may not edit my work in any fashion. Meaning you may not color, line, or animate my work without advanced, explicitly given permission. Redlines for corrections on WIPs are the only exception.
5. I don’t discuss commission work on the weekends unless I reach out first.6. I only take a maximum of 2 paragraphs of written information for descriptive commissions. Do not send me snippets from your RP or story as a description.7. Visual, Digital, reference is required for me to draw your character. Outfits, detailed scenery or specific props sent in will cost extra.8. You must send me at least one digital image as your reference. It does not need to be an entire sheet but I must be able to see your character’s features such as skin/coat color, eye color/type, hair length/style/color, etc. I do not work off of descriptions unless you are ordering a design commission.9. I do not go through your gallery/google/imgur to look for references. Please have them on hand for me. (Folders are fine so long as you provide a link. If your character has multiple styles/looks, please specify which you prefer or your character might not come out as you hope.)10. I take payment upfront. There is a 48-hour window to pay your invoice unless otherwise discussed.11. Respect and Politeness are required to work with me; Please conduct our business with some professionalism.
